Kimberly Armstrong - a contributing author to several anthologies published by the Professional Woman's Network (PWN) - is the President of Diamond Development, Inc. and the Founder/Executive Director of the Eric. R. Villines Advocacy Institute (ERVAI). Kimberly launched ERVAI a few years after her 16-year old son - Eric R. Villines - was murdered in Baltimore, MD. Losing Eric led Kimberly on her current journey as an author, inspirational speaker and professional parent advocate. She has delivered inspirational messages alongside several well-known speakers such as Susan Taylor, Michael Eric Dyson, and Stedman Graham. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and a Parent Advocate for the Governor’s Office of Children. Kimberly also serves on the boards of Professional Woman’s Network (PWN), the Maryland Juvenile Council, and the Baltimore City Disproportionate Minority Contact Advisory Board.
